'WeddingNama' was founded by husband-wife duo Ankita and Akash. Says Ankita: "We practice what we call WeddingNama Photography & Cinematography which to us means capturing love stories in a beautiful and documentary style. We love the emotions, story, gossip, drama, style, rhythm, love, ceremonies, portraits, decor and everything that is a part of the wedding! What gets us more passionate and excited about our work is when we think of ourselves as 'storytellers' and we always try to spend time researching and thinking of new innovative ways to capture and tell a story. In the wedding industry we are trying to create a niche for tasteful art and thankfully we are working with people who value this."
Ankita Asthana, an alumni of NID Ahmedabad, and Akash Agarwal an alumni of XLRI Jamshedpur have an in-house team of talented photographers, cinematographers and editors to make sure every beautiful moment is captured WeddingNama style!
The Mumbai based team has traveled on assignments all over India- Mumbai, Delhi, Goa, Kerala, Rajasthan, and to popular international wedding destinations like USA, Abu Dhabi, Muscat, Turkey, France, Thailand and Dubai too.
The Wedding Nama team won our hearts during the pre-wedding photoshoot with the level of commitment to get things done and surprising us with a mind blowing pre-wedding vidoe that everyone loved and enjoyed. Thank you Ankita and Akash. Good people good hearts!
The quality is what makes Wedding Nama stand apart, both Ankita and Akash are beautiful people, who above anything else, are simply happy to be a part of all the festivities. And a smile behind the camera evokes many in front of it. Without a doubt, one of the best decisions of our pre-married lives was to have Ankita and Akash catalogue our wedding and we couldn't have been more delighted by their excellent work.
We are terrible in front of the camera. Ankita and her team really put us at ease and made us have fun.
