The Couple

The Groom Bhakti is a Punjabi guy from Delhi and the Bride is from Mumbai. They both work in an advertising company and were colleagues in the same agency, but in different offices. They saw each other but never spoke. Once Kanishka had to travel to Delhi for office work. She was done with her work quite early and wanted to roam around. As she has no friends in Delhi, she called up Bhakti and he took her around some famous eatery joints and places to shop. Initially, for the first few hours it was little awkward as she had never spoken to him. However, as we all know, like ice, hearts too melt.

She was in awe of him as she could not believe a Delhi Punjabi boy could be so soft spoken, respectful and most importantly, down to earth. They spoke and realized that they had so much in common in terms of profession, family background and their way of thinking.

The Proposal

Kanishka is a fun loving girl, she likes to travel, talk, shop and see movies but Bhakti is intense and a constant thinker. They are quite different from each other. After spending time together, their feelings matured but still they did not share their feelings with each other. After spending some time together in Delhi they decided to be friends and realized that they wanted to spend their lives together. One fine day the magic just happened, and God converted this friendship into a relationship.
