• Bougainvilla Design Pvt Ltd. will Conceptualize, Design, Coordinate & Execute the Events as per the requirements discussed with the host family. • Bougainvilla Design Pvt Ltd. will start work on receiving the first advance installment. • Payment Terms - 50 % on Confirmation. 30% before 10 days of the event & balance 20 % on the day of event. • GST Extra @ 18 percent • Any additional requirement will be billed as per actual. • Bougainvilla Design Pvt Ltd does not accept any responsibility for the Loss or Damage due postponement or Cancellation of the Event.
