I was at a wedding in San Miguel Allende on March 18 where they served the banquet.
I was very surprised, that the fish that I barely tried was bad, the texture was weird and the taste too, so I only ate one bite and left it. Two hours later I had a rash on my face and a terrible stomach upset that forced me to leave the party and stay in bed all day unable to go out due to the diarrhea it caused me.
I must say that I am very surprised by this "carelessness or accident" on your part, since I have been to different events in which you have served and the quality of the food always seemed first class.

The best decision was to have the wedding with them. Not only is the food spectacular, but also the service and attention. We received the best comments from all the guests: "it is the first wedding where the food is really hot", "the menu is delicious", "the waiters were looking for us to refill the drinks".

I had the opportunity to be at 3 weddings where Kohlmann served, and it's spectacular! Many people think that food is not of great importance for such an event, but once you try out Kohlmann's banquet, you understand how truly important it is to be well served and well-fed!
