Located in the South Zone of São Paulo in an area of 30 Thousand M² in the middle of the Atlantic Forest and within the Ecotourism Pole of São Paulo, we have two beautiful spaces: Espaço Veneza and Espaço Florence , both with all the structure and services of Gastronomy, Decoration and Sound for the success of your event.
I held my wedding at Mansão Fato (Florence space) on 10/12/2023, I am in love with the space and look of the structure and my wedding was sensational, despite any setbacks mentioned in this review!
I think it's important to evaluate all aspects and mention the good and the bad:
Strengths:
The food was sensational, I didn't have a guest who didn't praise it, everything was very well prepared and had an exceptional flavor! The decoration was just as I imagined, the table was perfect. The decorator Ana changed the plan the day before due to the rain and made it look wonderful and very beautiful, despite not being outdoors as I had planned. The politeness of the staff and the treatment of guests was excellent!
Negative points:
The structure could not handle a rainy day! It was suggested that the ceremony take place on the deck if it was raining and thank God I didn't agree and wanted to do it at the party location! On my wedding day it rained a lot and the deck was full of leaks, everything was flooded! Imagine your ceremony being under the rain?? The owner, who was present, made no attempt to apologize or show concern, which left me very disappointed! Note: the party room also had leaks, but there were few and it was a problem! At the time of sale, things were promised that were not fulfilled (unfortunately I believed the words and did not put them in the contract)! Although the staff were excellent on the wedding day, there were few people to attend/serve the tables (not everyone ate snacks and cake) and maintain cleanliness (especially the bathrooms).
I believe these are the main things I can mention, I loved my wedding and yes I would do it at the mansion if I had to choose again, but I would have agreed on some points in the contract that left something to be desired!
Powerful Mansion Fact: I am a Justice of the Peace, Celebrant and Master of Ceremonies. Celebrating and presenting Debutante balls at Mansão Fato is a privilege. First because it's exuberant. Florence and Venice are fantastic spaces. Mansão Fato's staff and partners are unbelievably wonderful. An honor to Mansion Fato. Paulo Sérgio Justice of the Peace, Celebrant and Master of Ceremonies.
