Having spent close to two decades in the banqueting and catering industry, Varun has extensively worked with the Marriott International Group, pre-opening hotel brands like the Ritz Carlton, JW Marriott and Courtyard by Marriott.

This was our second large wedding experience with Varun Khullar and we made the right decision again. The food here is amazing - all the guests complimented it on both occasions and couldn't get enough of it. Varun himself is professional, really really hardworking, and gives personal attention to the smallest of details including the food, beverages, service, cutlery, crockery .. everything - and ensures that everyone has a great time. The staff is well trained, well-groomed, and well dressed. They really know what 'service' is. We all know how important these events are and Varun can be trusted easily!Kudos to Varun and the entire team at Modern! - Definitely recommend them!
