I had attended the destination wedding of a close relative at Tropical Retreat – Igatpuri in Dec’22. The arrangements done by Mokshiva Wedding & Events has been of extremely poor quality and their attitude at the wedding destination was shocking. When complained of their non-compliance of their services to the owner, prior to the final event, he was extremely rude and just threatened to switch of the power generators.
We had to opt for their services as they were on the decorator’s panel list of Tropical Retreat. Although the stay and the services of Tropical Retreat was excellent, the treatment by Mokshiva decorators has given a bad name to Tropical Retreat.
I strongly recommend not to avail their services as they behave like goons. No decent family should opt for their services. I also strongly urge Tropical Retreat to kindly withdraw the name of Mokshiva from their decorators’ panel list as it could demean the image of Tropical Retreat.
