Chocolate has been a passion for Madhulika many years now. What started as a hobby from a corner of her living room in 2007 has progressed to an exclusive chocolate training centre at the sprawling Regent Mall in Ghod dod road, Surat. Covering 19 types of chocolate classes from the Basic course to the Professional course to the world class – she teaches centre filling chocolates, pralines, caramel, fudge, chocolate drinks, chocolate desserts and covers chef techniques like foil cup technique, plexiglass sheet, transfer sheets, tempering coverture to name a few.

She has also added Chocolate Craft, Cup Cake Artistry and Sugarcraft course recently. Being a Swiss Chocolate Academy certified chocolate connoisseur (in 2010) she has always maintained a student to teacher ratio as 1:1 in her classes and is always available later on for any help a student might require when practising at home. Over the years she has trained over 500 woman and young girls from not only Surat and Gujarat but also from Bangalore, Jalandhar, Indore, Kanpur and as far as Malaysia and Hongkong.

She was invited by The Agarwal Samaj Trust in Surat to address 200 girls for a chocolate training session and has been given certification on completion of same.

Her artistique skills is evident from her chocolate bouquets and designer chocolates which are displayed at her chocolate counter at the same mall where classes are held.
