In the background, but in the foreground as it should be, the kitchen as the maximum expression of taste and elegance.

Relying on San Lucio Events means marrying these concepts, sharing them and harmonizing them in the realization of events that leave an indelible memory. San Lucio Events promotes research and culinary creativity thanks to the Anteprima Restaurant, a place marked by the most important guides and to which the prestigious Michelin Star was attributed, also this year, thanks to an original and constantly changing cuisine based on principles of molecular cuisine and on techniques such as spherification and destructuring.

Anteprima is called Show Cooking Restaurant for its open kitchen and the screens that project in the dining room, for the twenty-five customers it can host, the preparation work of each dish. The kitchen is combined with a high level service and a cellar of about 900 labels. Anteprima is also a finger food and pastry shop.
