WORST EXPERIENCE ever! Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE STAFF at the studio. No customer value on their end. Ordered my Wedding outfit worth Rs 60000 from this designer. First time they made it 5 inches shorter in length. And after we sent it back, it came 4-5 inches tighter. Couldn't wear it for my wedding. They call 10 times a day for payment. And don't receive calls for days for any complaints. Received my Sherwani in a polyethene plastic bag without any packaging folded like a useless piece of cloth. Even when I returned for the changes I sent it back with proper packaging and even after requesting better packing, I still got it back in a similar polyethene plastic bag. Such designers who ONLY VALUE CELEBRITIES and VIP clients should be boycotted. Their representatives have a CONDESCENDING TONE and such behaviour and BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE is not what you expect after paying so much money. Now they're not even ready to refund our money and take it back.
