Sergio and Pipe are the best!!!! As godmother, guest and organizer I can tell you that it has been the best marriage I have ever been in!!! Today they are part of our family!! Unique details that made my sister's wedding a unique and wonderful event!! Pipe and Sergio we love you very much!!! If I get married again, I would never hesitate to have them as my wedding planners.
PLEASE DO NOT have your wedding with them!!! The wedding is a couple's project and with Sergio they will not find an ally for this purpose. Sergio does not involve the couple properly; Months go by and he does not answer the calls, he does not answer the messages and the couple feels completely lost, he says that he has several events and that is why he has been busy without dedicating himself to the couple. What happens in the meantime? As a girlfriend, I became desperate, I looked for other alternatives, it caused fights with my boyfriend. I NEVER HAD CONTROL OF MY OWN WEDDING!!!! The day arrived and although in general terms the event went well, the guests never thought about everything they suffered. I keep in my heart an event with many unflavored ones due to Sergio's lack of professionalism, who must be responsible and guide each couple in fulfilling their dream, in explaining the path that the couple will take. I MUST SAY that I am not the only one who experienced this torture, several told me that they had experienced/were experiencing this torture. Sergio, if you read this message, I hope you can separate your life as an organizer of corporate events and weddings. THEY ARE NOT THE SAME!!! In the second you are fulfilling the dream of many women and you have turned that dream into a nightmare for several. Reflect and if your gift is not accompanying couples, dedicate yourself only to your parties and business events.
Making the decision to get married is simple until you organize a wedding, it is not just about marrying the right person but about having the best team on your side. Sergio, Pipe and their entire team made my imagination a reality, they exceeded my expectations and not only mine but those of my guests. They were treated with quality, they took into account every need of my bridesmaids, my mother, my companions and my guests. I am a designer and what makes the difference is the detail and this is the point that sets them apart from the rest. Having Sergio Acosta Event for one of the most important days of my life made me feel relaxed on the big day. Definitely highly recommended. I love this team.
