If you don't want to waste your hard-earned money, think before taking their trips
I recently had a very disappointing experience with [Sky Tour & Travel] during my trip to [Coorg, maysoor]. The planning and coordination were extremely poor, leading to several issues throughout the journey.
Firstly, there was a severe lack of coordination with the drivers. They been confused about the itinerary, causing unnecessary delays and frustrations. This disrupted our planned activities and wasted a lot of our time and money
Secondly, the hotels allocated to us were not at good location (wine shop beside hotesl, people drinking alcohol near by). The rooms were small and cramped, not suitable for the number of people we had. Moreover, the locations of these hotels were inconvenient, far from the main attractions and with limited access to transportation.
When we raised these concerns with [Sky Tour & Travel ], instead of addressing them professionally, they became defensive and even threatened to cancel all our bookings without refunding our money when i was in unknown place with the family. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their customer service standards.
Overall, my experience with [Sky Tour & Travel] was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend their services to anyone. Their lack of planning, poor coordination, and unprofessional behavior towards customer feedback are major areas that need immediate improvement.
