Every individual has its own set of expectations from his or her partner but, what is common between all men is that they all need woman in their life who would snatch and throw away all the negativity from his life and en root the good vibes and positivity. Vision his ideas
Suppose, one day your husband tells you that he wants to leave the job he has been doing since a long time and start to do something else which is less paying, what would be your reaction? You might yell at him at first because of his immature decision. Instead of this, you can first try to make out his idea behind it, what are his motives and goals behind it and why is he chasing this idea. Listen to his dreams and then you may even like the idea and even if not, you can introduce to him the other bad side of the coin. He will surely thank you later for being a good listening and understanding partner who gave him a right advice when needed the most.
Build him up
Don’t make him feel guilty about things he tried hard to do but failed at. Understand the fact that he wanted to do his best but eventually failed due to some barriers. So, instead of letting him feel like a looser, tell him that he is a hardworking person and that he could have given up but never did. Build him up on his confidence and self worth.
Let him be
If one fine day, your husband wants to interrupt you in the kitchen or do the gardening or insists to let him make the kids do homework, don’t stop him. Let him be himself sometimes, he must have gotten tired up of doing the same things all over again. Doing other unexpected stuff can make him and you really happy and you both will even have a great time together. He will get to explore a different side of him which he was unaware of. Make him feel that he is a good husband and a great father.
Right control
Take just the right amount of control over him. Don’t over-watch his activities or don’t ever let him feel that you are tracing over his activities and things. A healthy relationship is made up of balanced amount of autonomy and authoritativeness. If you would keep on nagging him at every hour, he might like this initially but later on, he will end up being really upset about this. Also, this can lead him to a feeling that you might not be having trust on him. So, to avoid the dilemma, let him go out with his friends, have a Sunday club party or any other thing he enjoy doing. This will keep him happy and you will surely get credited by him or being the best wife ever!
This is not the end to it; make it a point that you both share a harmony unbreakable by any circumstances. He is your hero and let yourself be his right girl. He will feel lucky to have a partner who is supportive, understanding, loving, inspiring and yes, of course, perfect for him!
