I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with the services provided by Neha John Photography for our wedding. We had been waiting for over 2 years and finally had to settle with the refund for the album.

While we initially sympathized with the personal reasons given for the delays, the lack of professionalism became evident as communication was consistently delayed. We've reached out multiple times, only to be met with ignored messages or promises that were not upheld.

Understanding personal challenges is one thing, but the prolonged lack of customer service and professionalism is unacceptable. We finally requested a refund due to the prolonged inconvenience, and we received again after a real long time. It's disheartening to experience such a level of apparent disregard for customer satisfaction.

I strongly advise against choosing Neha John Photography for any services, as our two years of waiting have been nothing short of a frustrating and disappointing ordeal.
