Karan and Drashti were not the best of friends during school, “we didn’t even like each other at that point” says Karan. But soon after finishing school the two bumped into each other and that was the start of this love story.
Karan a doctor and Drashti a fashion designer went from being no mates to good mates to soulmates, this spring. Here’s a look at their amazing wedding in Surat.
The Big Picture
The events were held in Surat, the venue for the wedding was Mansarovar Party Plot and for the reception, they choose another location, C B Patel Plot.
They also hired Kailash Caterer as their wedding planner and caterer for both events, allowing the families to enjoy the events stress-free.
The Look
Drashti being an upcoming fashion designer who has a label by the name of Aurna, took complete control of her and Karan’s sartorial choices for the events.
For the wedding, the bride choose a traditional sari from Tribhovandas a retailer in Surat and for the reception an outfit from the store Benzer in Mumbai, while the groom wore an outfit by Kora.
Makeup was done by Kamal from Style Surat and even though they bought their outfits from retailers, Drashti was sure to add her personal touch to make them one-of-a-kind.
Happily Ever After
All there magical moments were caught on camera by Briography, Ambrish Chauhan and the couple are thrilled that they have so many wonderful images to cherish for years to come.
Once the festivities were over this newly married couple headed into the sunset, literally, flying to the Maldives for a romantic and idyllic honeymoon. Zankyou wishes this couple all the very best!
