The Style

Advertising

This couple was hugely inspired by the #virushka wedding and wanted similar aesthetics at their wedding.

The bride wore to her sangeet a grey gown from designer Chamee and Palak, Mumbai. While at the wedding she wore a rose pink lehenga from Pratap Sons, Jaipur, a la Anushka Sharma and paired the look with custom-made matching jutti’s also from Jaipur. For the reception, Nikita donned a  bottle green lehenga with peach-toned dupatta from Kalki Fashions, Santacruz, Mumbai, for this too, she had matching footwear made.

The groom found all his looks from designer Seema Mehta, Mumbai. This included a blue velvet jodhpuri with polo pants for the sangeet. A white sherwani with rose pink dupatta and a floral Sabyasachi safa was the style for the wedding. While for the final event the reception, he opted for a classic black tuxedo.

The Best Moment:

According to the bride ” the best moment was when Tirthesh applied sindoor to me. I just got happy tears.” A tip for future brides? “just be the happiest version of yourself because this moment will never ever come again. Enjoy the attention, wear great clothes and take many pictures, you will love it when you see your pictures as a bride.”
